Message Center: Update

The Paxum Message Center is a very easy way to communicate with the Paxum Support Team. Should you need assistance with your Paxum ewallet account for any reason, Paxum Support are there to help you; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

We recently updated the Message Center to allow customers to attach documents or images to their Message Center tickets. This has been implemented to ensure no documents go astray during an inquiry, as well as beefing up the security and privacy for any shared documentation.
