Paxum is preparing for a major update to its system. As a result we have implemented some additional security measures, including IP tracking to show the last 10 IP addresses to access your account.

Due to these new security implementations all clients with Transaction Approval Codes enabled have been issued new codes via email, and we are also requesting that you change your password.

We appreciate your understanding and co-operation while we implement an even better service for all our valued clients.

Verification Documents - A Visual Guide

When you signup for a Paxum ewallet account you will be asked to provide Verification documents to prove your identity. This is all in keeping with our KYC (Know Your Customer) rules and regulations and EVERY client must be compliant, both business and personal.

Those clients who are unsure of the type of images required by Paxum for documentation can now visually review examples to determine the right format accepted.

Simply access the Identity Confirmation or Street Address Confirmation pages in your Paxum Account Control Panel (My Account >>> Profile Settings) and click the 'Click For Examples' link shown there.
