Refresh Your Transaction Approval Codes
Just as it is always a good idea to regularly update your account password(s), it is also beneficial to update your Transaction Approval Codes within your Paxum Account Control Panel.
On a regular basis we recommend you visit the Security section of your account and request new Transaction Approval Codes be issued for your account. It's easy, it's fast, and it helps maintain your own account security.

E-Commerce: Custom Field Added To Pay Now Buttons
If you use the Paxum Pay Now buttons then you'll be happy to learn we have added a new Custom Field.
Now, if you sell goods online that requires you request a mailing address you can! Phone number, email, mailing address, etc. This information can now be requested when you add Paxum Pay Now buttons to your site.

Paxum Conflict Resolution
When you send a P2P (peer-to-peer) payment through Paxum you are protected by both Customer Reputation and Client Risk Rating features.
Unfortunately, even with such measures in place there will occasionally be a conflict about a payment sent and/or received.
P2P payments with Paxum cannot be charged back, however you do have the option to file a Conflict Resolution request which will enable you to reach out to the other party involved in your conflict in order to seek a satisfactory solution for all parties involved.
Should you ever need to use this feature, you can find it located inside your Paxum Account Admin under My Account >>> Resolution Center

Add Unlimited Email Addresses!
When you sign up for an account with Paxum, your username, and the way that people will be able to send money online to your account, is via the email address you used to signup.
Some customers prefer to manage their received payments through a variety of email addresses to help monitor certain payment types or payment sources.
All you must do is verify each email address, and that is easy to do by simply clicking the link in the confirmation email you receive. Once the email has been confirmed then you can ALSO receive payments to your Paxum account via that email address.
ALL received payments will be delivered to your Paxum 'Checking' ewallet account where you can choose to withdraw those funds through a variety of methods.
The primary email address you signup with is the login for your account, and is also the email address that will be displayed EVERY time you send money to a fellow Paxum customer.

With Paxum this is made VERY EASY for you since you can add UNLIMITED email addresses to your Paxum account.

Charitable Organizations - Welcome To Paxum!
Paxum is keen to assist non-profit organizations to be able to accept donations from anywhere in the world.
In keeping with this protocol, Paxum welcomes charitable non-profit organizations to signup for a business account and receive all the fees from every donation on top of the donation itself!
P2P fees are $0.25 for a personal client, and $1.00 for a business client. So for every personal donation, Paxum will add the $0.25 fee to the donation, and for every business donation, Paxum will add the $1.00 fee to the donation.
We don't just make it easy to get those funds exactly where they need to be to do the most good! We encourage all charitable organizations to add Paxum as a payment option so they too can partake of the benefits so many Paxum clients already enjoy.
