Paxum Security: Customer Reputation

Customer Reputation allows you to be more discerning in who you send payments to through the Paxum Ewallet Payment service.

Customer Reputation is based on submitted ratings by fellow Paxum clients who have sent P2P payments over $100USD to the specific Paxum client in question.

Customer Reputation uses a numeric system 1 to 5; 5 = Very Good, 1 = Very Bad. Ratings are compiled from all submissions and an averaged rating is assigned to that customer. If no customer reputation ratings have ever been submitted then there is simply no rating for that customer.

Customer Reputation can be searched based on Paxum email address, and this can be done within Account Admin under the Security >>> Search Reputation feature.
