When you send a P2P (peer-to-peer) payment through Paxum you are protected by both Customer Reputation and Client Risk Rating features.
Unfortunately, even with such measures in place there will occasionally be a conflict about a payment sent and/or received.
P2P payments with Paxum cannot be charged back, however you do have the option to file a Conflict Resolution request which will enable you to reach out to the other party involved in your conflict in order to seek a satisfactory solution for all parties involved.
